Richard Matthews will lead a circular run mostly on road but with some short sections on tracks that may be muddy. It is about 6 miles long and hilly with 650ft of ascent. The route goes from Monmouth beach in Lyme, out to Uplyme and back via Cannington Viaduct.
Wear hi-viz clothing and bring a torch because we’ll be on unlit country roads. Meet at Monmouth Beach carpark for a prompt 6:30 start.
