Keith will lead a 5.9 mile road run around Seaton and Colyford for those not wishing to do the Handicap. This will be a Pre-Grizzly Taper run with minimal hills to save your legs for the big day. The pace will be around 10 min/mile with a total running time targeted at 1h. Please meet at Pitchside to start at 18:15.
