Kevin will lead a scenic multi-terrain run to Frogwell near Smallridge and then across country to Membury Rd and back. It’s just short of 6 miles and has 550ft of ascent. There’s a long stony section and it may still be wet underfoot so trail shoes are probably best. Sarah will lead a shorter run too.
Meet at Tesco carpark for a prompt 6:30 start.
