Defib Dash

All groups will be doing the Defib Dash tonight. Please see individual groups for actual routes. Please meet at Seaton Cricket Club for an 18:30 start.

AVR DEFIB DASH 2024 is a social run (competitive if you wish!) locating defibrillators in and around Seaton. Last year’s event was a great success and even got a mention in parliament

This year more defibs have been added to the routes (please note that I have not personally visited every defib but they are publicly listed – if they are not there/ are out of order on the night please let me know and we can feedback to the council) The run will be followed by hot dogs/ halloumi alternative at the Cricket Club and the bar will be open!

We have 6 teams running on the night. Please take a look at the routes and paces and choose the group best suited to you. If you are unsure of which group to join please let me know and I can point you in the right direction.

PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF YOU CAN MAKE IT firstly so that we have enough food for everyone and secondly so I can arrange for extra groups to be added if required. rpshsimmons@gmail.com or via Facebook page
