Andy will lead a multi-terrain run that starts over fields to Abbey Farm and then is mostly on roads and pavements. It totals 5.8 miles and 400 feet ascent. Check out the weather to decide whether trail shoes are required. We are going back to our normal start time of 6:30 so wear hiviz and head torches for the end of the run.
Meet at Tesco carpark for a prompt 6:30 start.
