Flying Carpets

Kevin will lead a run from Lyme to Uplyme and back mostly on roads and pavements. It totals 5.3 miles and 500ft of ascent. The run will follow the map apart from the beginning where we will go down the road to Monmouth beach not the path.
Meet at Holmbush car park for a prompt 6:30 start. Bring hiviz clothing and a torch please.
