Kevin will lead a session of lamp-post reps on Weycroft Avenue, Axminster. This should give everyone doing the Grizzly or Cub a relatively light hill training session without too many miles on the clock. Meet at the bottom of Weycroft Avenue postcode, EX13 5HU, for a prompt 6:30 start. We’ll do a slow run through the route as a warmup.
