Tonight’s session is 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 minutes. The recovery will be half the length of the interval. Shorter options available. The idea is to increase the pace as the interval gets shorter.

Please arrived warmed up and ready to go at Seaton Cricket club at 18:30
