Intervals

Tonight’s session will be at Colyton Playing Field and is 1200 metres, 8/10/12 x 200 metres, 1200 metres. Please arrive warmed up ready to run at 18:30

There is plenty of parking on site. There is also a pizza van in attendance until 20:00. If you want to indulge I suggest you turn up a few minutes early to put your order in read to collect when we’ve finished
