Tonight will be the first edition of this season’s Winter Series 5k. This is a timed 5k run starting and finishing at The Hideaway on the west end of the esplanade in Seaton. The run is a good indication of how your fitness is over the winter months and track your progress. This run is open to all abilities. Please meet at the anchor end of the esplanade at 18:30 for a 1 or 2k warmup or at The Hideaway at 18:45 ready to run.
