Winter Series 5K

Tonight is the 6th and final edition of the Winter Series 5k. This is a self timed 5k run starting and finishing at The Hideaway on the west end of the esplanade in Seaton. The run is a good indication of how your fitness is over the winter months and is open to all abilities. Please meet at the anchor end of the esplanade at 18:30 for a 1 or 2k warmup or at The Hideaway at 18:45 ready to run
