Naked run tonight, sign in 18:00-18:20 @ Seaton cricket club. However, if you would prefer to do this in a non competitive way, some of us will be running it as a social group led by Emma. We can tackle one or two laps depending on how we feel! Route is in Haydn's weekahead.

Pam and Cliff will host a 5k road run (option for shorter distance). Suitable for every ability and speed including beginners, those graduating from C25K and anyone returning to running. Meet at Fisherman's Gap @ 18:00

Lesley will lead a 5 mile-ish run from the cricket club through the wetlands to Colyford, up Fairview and then returning via Holyford farm and Barnards Hill Lane. Some of the route is on a farm track but it's dry and road shoes will be fine.
