1830 hours - Meet warmed up at Fisherman's Gap for an intervals session led by Carol Tonight's session will be: 2 or 3 * 1200m (off 2 mins); 2/3 * 800m (off 90 secs); 2/3 * 400m (off 60 secs) 3 mins recovery between sets.  Pace to be increasing. Suitable for all abilities.
