Meet Colyford Post Office at 9am for a timed 10k time trial finishing near Hideaway on the West Walk of the Esplanade. Optional coffee/breakfast/swim afterwards weather permitting! This event forms part of the AVR Club Championship Route

Kevin will lead a 5.5km multiterrain route through Shute Woods with a fair amount of off-road and over 700ft of ascent. Trail shoes are recommended.
