Naked run tonight, sign in 18:00-18:20 @ Seaton cricket club. However, if you would prefer to do this in a non competitive way, some of us will be running it as a social group led by Emma. We can tackle one or two laps depending on how we feel! Route is in Haydn's weekahead.

Pam and Cliff will host a 5k road run (option for shorter distance). Suitable for every ability and speed including beginners, those graduating from C25K and anyone returning to running. Meet at Fisherman's Gap @ 18:00

We welcome all runners and walkers with two distances: a 25km trail route and a 55km ultra route.
