Grizzly 2025 Transfer of Entries

For anyone wishing to transfer their Grizzly/Cub place to another person, the deadline to do this before race numbers are sent out is 20:00 Saturday 25th January. After that deadline, race numbers will be mailed to the entrant registered on Race Nation.

Transfers must be made through Race Nation by following the instructions accessed via this link. You need to allow time for the new entrant to complete the transfer process before the deadline, so don’t leave it until the last minute. If a transfer is not fully completed before the deadline, the race number will be mailed to the original entrant.

You can also use the above transfer link if you want to downgrade from Grizzly to Cub race (no refund for difference) or upgrade from Cub to Grizzly (additional fee payable). Again, this must be done before the specified deadline.

Please ensure we have your correct address in Race Nation especially if you’ve moved recently. Race numbers will be posted in February to the address registered in Race Nation as of 25th January 2025.

After the deadline, Transfers/Race Changes can still be made once you have received your race number via a change form, which will be available on the Grizzly website from mid February. You will obviously be responsible for getting the number to the new entrant.

Late transfer of entry

We do allow entries to be transferred up until the 8th March 2025 (we do not allow entries to be deferred). If you have an entry and find you are unable to run after the deadline above, please advertise the entry on the Grizzly 2025 Transfers Facebook page (not in the comments field of the Grizzly 2025 Facebook page as they can easily be missed). If you are looking for an entry please join the group so you get all the updates.

Please note the person taking a place is responsible for any transaction between them and the seller. Entries cannot be sold for more than the original purchase price.

We are more than willing to check that the seller does have a genuine place (we know there are scammers out there) , please email the details to grizzlyenqs@gmail.com

Cub places can be upgraded to a full Grizzly place (see below) so if you see a Cub place for sale we suggest you take it and upgrade.

Please note: The Race Nation Refund Protect policy can not be transferred to a new runner. It only covers the original purchaser.
