BANK HOLIDAY 10 K

This will be a timed 10 k over a set course and is the first chance to score points at this event for the AVR club championship. The run starts at the Post Office in Colyford and finishes near The Hideaway on the esplanade in Seaton. All details will be explained on the day, route as below incorporating new footway joining wetlands to Seaton
